William Rogers serves as the Secretary of Archaeologists of the Maya World, where he is responsible for business planning and logistics coordination across the organization’s programs. With over 20 years of experience in construction, woodworking, and agroforestry, William brings a practical, hands-on approach to operational strategy and program execution.
A California native, William has spent more than two decades living and working in Mexico and Belize, where he has designed, coordinated, and managed a variety of private development and sustainability projects. From 2016 to 2018, he was part of the team at Peachtree Christian Church in downtown Atlanta.
A passionate supporter of Maya civilization and cultural heritage, William actively participates in archaeological projects and promotes eco-tourism. He has served as a guide to archaeological sites, cenotes, and scuba diving experiences, helping connect local heritage with global audiences through education and exploration.
