Engineer Laureano González

Laureano González Aguilar is an accomplished industrial engineer with a long-standing career in strategic project development, specializing in analysis, planning, and the implementation of business strategies to achieve targeted objectives. Since 1980, he has been actively involved in the creation, expansion, promotion, and commercialization of new companies across various sectors.

In 1988, Laureano moved to CancĂşn to work with Nacional Financiera, contributing to the early development of the city. He later served as Director of Operations for port administration and logistics, overseeing traffic, arrivals, and cabotage operations in key ports including Cozumel, Calica, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, and Isla Mujeres.

He currently serves as Director of the Board of both the Fauna, Flora y Litoral Foundation and GOAL Shipping, where he continues to support sustainable development and environmental preservation initiatives in the region.
