Maria Danilú Fernández Gómez has over 15 years of experience in software development, graphic arts, and digital communication. She serves on the Maya Heritage Center’s Communications Committee. A graduate of Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana in Mérida, Yucatán, Maria holds a degree in Computer Science and Graphic Arts. Danilu’s extensive background in backend development, user experience, and system implementation includes leading high-profile teams in designing intuitive platforms and engaging content, as well as working with multimedia tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.At the Maya Heritage Center, Danilu plays a crucial role in shaping our digital presence. She helps design, maintain, and continuously improve our website, ensuring it reflects the Center’s mission of cultural preservation, education, and innovation. Her expertise in technology and design enables her to incorporate complex content into accessible and visually appealing formats for audiences in Mexico, the U.S., and beyond.
