Engineer Otilia Valenzuela is an Agricultural Engineer originally from Mexico City, who has lived in Quintana Roo since 1985. She brings decades of experience in the coordination, supervision, and administration of educational, environmental, agricultural, and agroforestry programs throughout Mexico, working closely under the direction of the Executive Director.
Her work focuses on technical assistance and training, with a specialization in regenerative and sustainable agricultural production and biodiversity conservation. Otilia currently serves as an advisor, evaluator, and trainer for a wide range of public sector projects across Mexico, supporting initiatives aimed at ecological sustainability and rural development.
She resides in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, where she continues to advocate for sustainable practices and community-based environmental stewardship.
